Geneva Jacuzzi is a performer, songwriter and visual artist from Los Angeles.

She has performed in a number of perfunctory aliases with Ariel Pink, Vibe Central, Black Powder and Jason Grier. From 2004 to 2008 she fronted an insouciant, theatrical synth-pop band called Bubonic Plague. was well-travelled, with a reputation for bringing down the house in independent clubs and art galleries in LA, SF and Paris.

In her solo music she creates painstaking layers of synth and rhythm counterpoint, breathing life into forgotten dance tropes from the 1980's and 1990's. Her amazing, talked-about live performances package it all in her tireless sense of theater. Her intensely layered bricolage album covers have graced discs from Ariel Pink, Human Ear, Big Love and her own vexingly prolific oeuvre.

She has released two albums with Human Ear as Bubonic Plague, and appears on its 2010 compilation series with the same name. She has travelled with Human Ear to the annual SXSW conference, and throughout Europe under Human Ear's tour support program.
